Question:
I want to buy a villa and my credit is not good but not bad 698.I found a villa that has been foreclosed on in bad shape inside. Can I take over mortgage from bank?
Answers:
The answer is probably no. There are always exception but if the bank already owns the property, you will not be able to just take over the property. If you had found a private individual who had a mortgage, you may have had a small chance of taking over the mortgage.
